• The domain's Money Back Grace Period is determined by the registry or registrar, and we have no control over this, and it may change from time to time, let us know when assistance needed.

Cancellation and Refund - Other Services

• Other services such as website design, website update, and graphic design are manual services that involve time and staff salary, and cancellation or refund is not provided. We request clients to understand this.
